“By completing this registration form I understand I am making a commitment to 100 Men Who Give a Damn! - Saskatoon to make a $100 donation after each quarterly meeting for as long as I am a member.  I agree to fulfill my quarterly donation commitment even if I did not nominate or vote for the selected charities.

I also agree that if I am unable to attend a quarterly meeting I will ensure that my donation to the selected charity is submitted in a timely manner upon notification.

Release and Waiver of Liability

The registrant (the "Releasor") hereby acknowledges: (a) that 100 Men Who Give a Damn! - Saskatoon is an unincorporated volunteer organization; and (b) alcohol may be served by third parties at meetings of 100 Men Who Give A Damn! - Saskatoon. The Releasor hereby irrevocably and unconditionally releases 100 Men Who Give a Damn! - Saskatoon, its organizers and volunteers (collectively, the "Releasees") , from and against any suits or actions, any claims or demands whatsoever which may be brought by the Releasor for damages resulting from the actions and/or negligence of the Releasees whether under the provisions of any statute, common law, equity or contract. By submitting my registration to become a member of 100 Men Who Give a Damn! - Saskatoon, you acknowledge that you have read the this release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents.
